b. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
c. Khel Dukaan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
d. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping option selected. Khel Dukaan is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
a. We are currently only processing requests for exchange of a product, due to size or volume mismatch from the order placed
b. Request for exchange must be initiated within 5 days of delivery and must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
c. Upon satisfactory examination of the returned product for exchange, the new product (with correct size) will be despatched within One (1) day and notified accordingly. We’ll be at our best to honor this commitment, however shower us with patience for an extra day; if things are beyond our control.
d. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days if we’re not able to provide the right size in exchange.
e. We’re currently practicing ‘No Returns Policy’. Please bear with us for sometime.
Limitation of Liability
a. Khel Dukaan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the products sold on our website.
b. Khel Dukaan shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to, alteration of, or transmission of your personal information.
