5 Days Exchange Policy: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described or a size mismatch (due to an error from our side), you can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving the order. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Provide your order details, including the order number and a clear description of the issue with the product.
- Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the exchange process, including the return of the original product and the dispatch of the replacement.
Please note that the exchange is subject to product availability. In case the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution or a refund as applicable.
Refunds
After receiving your returned item for exchange and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process the exchange. In the event, of exchange being not possible, we’ll issue a refund that may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your original payment source (credit card / bank account statement). We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Products that are customized or personalized may not be eligible for exchange, except in the case of defects or damages.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, customers may still choose to refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery (as per our Return Policy).
- To cancel an order, customers must visit the My Orders section, select the specific order, and choose Cancel Order, or contact our support team via email/phone.
2. Prepaid Order Cancellation
- For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets), the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
- Certain payment gateways or banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.
3. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation
- COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment through the My Orders section or by contacting support.
- If the customer refuses delivery of a COD order, no charges will be applied.
4. Partial Cancellation
- Partial cancellation of orders is allowed only if the order contains multiple items and the items have not yet been shipped.
- Refunds for prepaid partial cancellations follow the standard refund timelines.
5. Cancellation by the Company
Your order may be cancelled by us under certain situations, such as:
- Product unavailable or out of stock
- Pricing or product description error
- Payment issues or verification failure
- Limited stock restrictions (e.g., maximum purchase quantities)
In such cases:
- Customers will be notified via email/SMS.
- Applicable refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated instantly.
6. Special or Custom Orders
- Products that are customized, personalized, or made-to-order cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
- This includes printed jerseys, engraved equipment, or special-size products.
7. Promotional or Discounted Items
- Orders placed during flash sales, limited-time offers, or clearance events may not be eligible for cancellation depending on stock and processing speed.
- Eligibility will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.
