Returns & Refunds Policy

No Returns Policy: We’re currently practicing ‘No Returns Policy’. Please bear with us for sometime.

  1. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance before placing your order.

5 Days Exchange Policy: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described or a size mismatch (due to an error from our side), you can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving the order. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team within 5 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your order details, including the order number and a clear description of the issue with the product.
  3. Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the exchange process, including the return of the original product and the dispatch of the replacement.

Please note that the exchange is subject to product availability. In case the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution or a refund as applicable.


After receiving your returned item for exchange and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process the exchange. In the event, of exchange being not possible, we’ll issue a refund that may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your original payment source (credit card / bank account statement). We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed. 

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • Products that are customized or personalized may not be eligible for exchange, except in the case of defects or damages.
